An impressive opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant / TA in a school in the Bridgend area to make a positive contribution to a successful school. You should be comfortable working in a Primary School and with a range of ages.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

ALN Experience

Experience at least 6 months working in the education sector or have impressive transferable skills

Have an understanding and knowledge of effective behavioural management and be able to assist the class teacher in implementing suitable strategies

NVQ 2/3 in Childcare preferred but not essential
