Are you confident, resilient, and looking for a rewarding role in education? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as an Unqualified Teacher within secondary schools across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience without the pressure of planning or marking. As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll be delivering pre-set lessons, managing behaviour, and keeping students on task while providing a positive learning environment.
The role:
Delivering lessons already planned by subject teachers
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, safe environment
Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
Acting as a positive role model within the school community
About you:
Confident and comfortable managing groups of young people
Previous experience in roles such as Leader, Manager, Sports Coach, Dance Coach, or similar is highly desirable
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A professional and adaptable approach to working in different school settings
