Online Blended Learning Tutor – Secondary

Full–Time Preferred but Part–Time Options Available (0.6 / 0.8 FTE)

NextGen Teachers is seeking a dedicated Blended Learning Tutor to support secondary pupils with SEMH needs through online tutoring and learning. This role focuses on delivering an online curriculum to students on a blended pathway, while building meaningful relationships that help them stay motivated and make real progress.

You'll mainly teach remotely, but will visit the school at least once per half term to connect with staff and students and ensure continuity of support.

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging online tutoring sessions to KS3 and KS4 studentsUse the existing scheme of work and adapt it to suit each learner's interests and needsProvide personalised, consistent support to pupils who may face barriers to learningCollaborate with the wider team to ensure high–quality provisionAttend on–site meetings or tutor sessions at least once per half termWhat We're Looking For:

Experience working with pupils to deliver the KS3 & KS4 curriculumConfident using online platforms to deliver learningQTS is welcome, but we also encourage applications from unqualified tutors with strong, relevant experienceA positive, resilient approach and the ability to inspire learnersSalary:

Dependent on qualifications and experience.
