Do you currently work as a support worker, youth worker, care assistant, mentor, or in another child-facing role and want to move into working in primary schools?

This is your opportunity to make that transition with FREE targeted CPD training and structured support.

We are launching a fully funded CPD workshop during February half-term for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to step into education-based roles such as:

Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant

Behaviour Mentor

1:1 Support

SEMH Support

Target Areas

We are specifically recruiting candidates who are able to work in:

South Manchester, Trafford, Salford and Stockport

FREE in-house CPD training delivered by an experienced education consultant

Guidance on working in primary school settings

Support with understanding school expectations, safeguarding, and behaviour support

A clear pathway into paid school-based roles after training

Ongoing recruitment support and school placements

No school experience required – just a genuine desire to work in education and support children.

What You’ll Need

Experience working with children or young people

Willingness to undergo vetting checks

Ability to provide ID, Right to Work, references and qualifications

DBS (or willingness to apply)
