Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Aylesbury (HP21)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time – Term Time Only
Salary: £90 – £120 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
A thriving nursery and primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role is ideal for someone with a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education who is passionate about supporting children’s early development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision
Assist with phonics, early maths, and play-based learning
Work with individuals and small groups to support development
Monitor and record observations in line with EYFS framework
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
Strong understanding of child development and EYFS curriculum
Enthusiastic, nurturing, and proactive approach
