Textiles Teacher Secondary School (January Start)
Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire
Start Date: January
Contract: Full–Time Long–Term Supply Paid via Agency
Pay: GBP160 GBP200 per day (dependent on experience)

We are working with a secondary school in Dunstable looking for an experienced Textiles Teacher to join their Design and Technology team from January. This full–time, long–term role is ideal for a creative practitioner who can inspire students and deliver practical, engaging lessons across KS3 KS4.
Role Overview:
Teach Textiles across KS3 KS4 in line with curriculum expectations
Deliver practical lessons that build confidence, creativity, and technical skills
Track and assess progress, providing targeted feedback and support
Maintain a safe and well–organised classroom environment
Contribute to wider departmental planning and activities
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) or equivalent qualification
Experience teaching Textiles at secondary level
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
Creative, adaptable, and committed to student progress
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
