Job Title: Telecommunications Trainer

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £32,000 (rising to £35,000 after probation)

The Role

As a Telecommunications Trainer, you’ll:

* Deliver engaging training to learners on IT & Telecoms Diplomas (Levels 2 and 3).

* Share your practical knowledge to bring learning to life.

* Support and guide learners through their training journey.

* Help build confidence, skills, and readiness for the workplace.

* Work with a team that values quality, learner success, and your own development.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong hands-on experience in telecoms (fibre, networks, field engineering, or similar).

* A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent industry experience.

* Passion for developing others and sharing your skills.

* Good communication and people skills.

* Willingness to complete a teaching qualification (fully supported by us).
