Teaching Assistants Wanted - Medway & Surrounding Areas
We're on the lookout for friendly, motivated and dependable individuals who would love to make a difference in a primary school setting!
We're currently building our candidate network across Medway and the surrounding areas, ready for a range of new school placements coming up both immediately and in January 2027.
You don't necessarily need years of classroom experience to get involved. We're interested in hearing from a wide range of people, including experienced TAs, HLTAs, graduates and those looking to take their first steps into education.
What Could Your Day Look Like?
Helping pupils stay engaged and confident with their learning.
Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils.
Working with children across KS1 and/or KS2.
Supporting different learning styles and individual needs.
Becoming part of a school team and helping create a positive classroom atmosphere.
Could This Be You?
We're particularly interested in candidates who:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or have relevant experience.
Are qualified HLTAs (very welcome to apply!).
Are graduates interested in working within education.
Have previous experience in schools, childcare, healthcare or social care.
Are enthusiastic about helping children develop and reach their potential.
A Few Things to Note
Location: Medway and surrounding areas.
Working pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm.
Key Stages: KS1 and/or KS2.
DBS: Must hold a current DBS or be happy to apply for a new one.
Driving: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
