Teaching Assistant

Description

Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their potential? We are looking for dedicated Teachers and Support Staff to join our specialist education team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people who require additional support to thrive. While experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or other complex needs would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from individuals who are willing to learn, remain positive in challenging situations, and are committed to making a lasting impact.

We're looking for people who are:

* Resilient, calm, and adaptable

* Skilled at building positive and trusting relationships

* Confident in maintaining clear, consistent boundaries

* Patient and supportive, even when situations become challenging

* Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and development

* Open to learning new strategies and approaches

Experience that would be welcomed:

* SEND or SEMH support

* Education, care, youth work, or similar settings

* Supporting children or xjnqpsq young people with additional or complex needs

In return, you'll become part of a supportive team where your contribution is valued and where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people every day.

If you're looking for a challenging yet highly rewarding role and have the passion, patience, and commitment to help children succeed, please apply
