Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Salford

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £92.63 - £115 per day

Are you a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children in a Primary School?

Do you have at least 6 months' experience working with primary-aged pupils?

Are you a patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can help children achieve their full potential?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Salford, who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant. The school provides a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially and personally.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will support primary-aged pupils with their learning, work alongside the class teacher and help maintain an engaging and positive classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a Primary School

Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in the classroom

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient and supportive approach

A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
