Core Objectives & Duties

In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key part in driving daily classroom success:

Group Interventions: Plan and guide small-group booster activities designed to raise attainment in English and maths.

1:1 Learning Support: Provide tailored guidance to pupils who require additional scaffolding or SEN adjustments in Chester.

Classroom Setup: Help class teachers prepare learning resources, manage daily routines, and maintain an inspiring atmosphere.

Relevant experience as a primary Teaching Assistant or a strong background in child-centred environments.
