The Role:

Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils

Assisting children with varying needs, including SEN where required

Helping to create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Adapting quickly to different classrooms and school settingsWhat We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly
