The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support students' academic, social and emotional development. The school is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships, promote independence and help students achieve their individual goals.

We are looking for:

Previous SEN experience

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A positive, resilient and professional approach

Experience supporting Autism and additional needs

Makaton, PECS or Team Teach training (desirable)
