Contract: Full–time Term–Time Only

Salary: 95– 105 a day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of students and gain valuable experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects

Work with students on a one–to–one basis and in small groups to support learning

Assist in preparing classroom resources and materials

Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

Support students with additional needs to ensure they have full access to the curriculum

The Ideal Candidate:

Has experience working with secondary–aged students (desirable but not essential)

Is patient, proactive, and adaptable

Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills

Is passionate about education and supporting young people

Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
