The Role - Teaching Assistant

Full-time Teaching Assistant position

Based in Surbiton

Supporting students across KS1-KS4

Working alongside teachers and SEN staff

Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support

Supporting students with SEN and additional needs

Helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:

Passionate about education

Patient, proactive, and adaptable

Confident building relationships with students

A strong communicator and team player

Keen to support students with varying learning needsPrevious experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or Care Worker would be highly beneficial.

Graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or child mental health are also encouraged to apply.
