The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant will be able to:

Support the delivery of engaging and well–structured lessons alongside the class teacherDemonstrate previous experience working within a primary school settingProvide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupilsSupport children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream classroomAdapt support strategies to meet the needs and abilities of all pupilsPromote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for learning and progressBuild positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsHelp create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment In return for the above you can expect to receive:
