TeacherActive is delighted to partner with a mainstream primary school in Blackwood seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This school prides itself on delivering exceptional support to children with additional learning needs and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

About the Role

The school is looking to appoint a compassionate and patient Learning Support Assistant with proven experience in one-to-one support. The successful candidate will provide outstanding assistance to children with ALN as well as contribute to the general classroom environment. This role is full-time during regular school hours, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Skills and Experience

Experience supporting children either in groups or one-to-one

Strong classroom management skills

A caring, nurturing, and patient approach
