As a teaching assistant your work will have far-reaching effects as you will not only be making a difference to the lives of students, but to the school itself and its surrounding community.

No two days are the same for a teaching assistant. Some days you could be assisting with lesson preparation, whilst others are spent providing 1:1 support to a child with specific needs.

Mad 4 Recruitment are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools in and around the Alsager area.

What do you need to have?

• SEND experience (desirable)

• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ

• Be engaging, fun and flexible where needed

• Able to deal with challenging behaviour

• Have a patient and creative approach

• Bring new ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships
