Teaching Assistant

Description

This Islington secondary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who actually enjoys being in the thick of school life. You won't be parked at the back of the room - you'll be active, involved, and trusted to support students who need consistency and encouragement.

This role is a mix of classroom support and targeted intervention, working mainly with KS3 students who benefit from extra structure and motivation.

What your days will look like:

Supporting students during lessons across core subjects

Working with small groups to reinforce learning

Helping pupils stay focused, organised, and confident
