Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Start Date: April

Salary: £90 - £110 a day

Do you enjoy working in small groups and 1:1?

Do you have experience working with children with autism?

We are currently working with a lovely primary school in the Long Eaton area who are looking to take on an experienced teaching assistant to join their team on a full time basis working alongside their KS2 classes. The primary school has a wonderful team and they really feel like a family. They are very creative in their learning and have fun classes for the children including; bongo drum classes, growing their own vegetables and having a swimming pool on site.

This specific role will need to be for someone who is very dedicated to their work. They need someone who easily creates relationships with the children and is very hands on. There is some children in the school with ASD so the role will include 1:1 work as well as in a group. You must have great timekeeping and be proactive.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Relevant qualification or vast experience

Experience in a KS2

Excellent lesson support and adaptable

Proactive and initiative
