Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Jubilee School, Waterlooville PO7 7RE

Salary: GBP23,638.00 per annum ( not pro rata )

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent Term Time Only

Start: March 2026

UK applicants only - no sponsorship available

Requirement: All candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant at Jubilee School, you'll play a key role in helping our pupils grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. You'll support classroom learning, lead small groups, provide 1:1 guidance, and make every day engaging, purposeful, and fun.

What You'll Do

Support teachers to deliver hands-on, inspiring lessonsLead small groups and provide tailored 1:1 support to meet each pupil's needsEncourage confidence, independence, and curiosity in every pupilWork across indoor and outdoor settings, helping learning come aliveCollaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance pupils' wellbeing and progressWhat We're Looking For
