About the Role

This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a graduate seeking hands-on experience in a secondary school environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver classroom support, targeted academic interventions and structured SEN assistance across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities

Provide classroom support across core subjects

Deliver small group intervention sessions in English and Maths

Support students with SEN including ASD and ADHD

Assist with lesson preparation and resource organisation

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Promote positive behaviour and engagement

Requirements

A degree in any subject

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in education and youth development

Ability to build rapport with secondary-aged students

Experience xjnqpsq working with young people (desirable)
