The Role

We are seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support students in English, Maths, and Science. You'll play a key role in raising attainment, closing learning gaps, and delivering targeted academic support. The role includes assisting with exam preparation, running small group interventions, and helping students achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support both high-achieving and underperforming students

Deliver focused revision and booster sessions

Assist with lesson delivery and differentiated learning

Monitor and track student progress and attainment

Reinforce positive learning behaviours

Provide one-to-one and small group academic mentoring

What We're Looking For

Strong academic background and confidence supporting secondary students

Interest in a career in education or teacher training

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Enhanced DBS (or xjnqpsq willingness to obtain one)
