Are you a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant eager to make a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, to join vibrant and supportive primary schools across Crosby and surrounding areas. We are looking for those with a strong background working with SEN students.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support learning - Help deliver lessons and assist students in understanding and completing work.

Aid individual and group progress - Provide targeted help to students with varying abilities and needs.

Maintain a positive classroom environment - Promote good behaviour, safety, and engagement.

Assist the teacher - Prepare materials, organise activities, and support classroom management. xjnqpsq

Promote student well-being - Encourage confidence, independence, and inclusion.
