Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide additional help to students who need it. This role requires patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping young people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.

Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.

Prepare and organize classroom resources and materials.

Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and extracurricular activities.

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Assist in monitoring and reporting student progress.

Person Specification:

Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to adapt to different classroom situations.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, GCSEs in English and Maths) are advantageous.
