TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Worksop, who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification who is passionate about supporting children s learning and development. Whether you re experienced in the classroom or looking to build on existing skills, we d love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you ll play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally while supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

The Role Will Involve: • Providing support to pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and learning activities

• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement

• Helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Adapting activities and resources to suit individual learning needs

What We re Looking For: • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

• At least 6 months of experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting

• A caring, patient and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for education

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

• A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND needs is highly desirable

• A full UK driving licence is helpful but not essential
