About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with dedicated teaching staff to inspire, support, and guide pupils in achieving their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Assisting children individually or in small groups to enhance learning and progress.

Helping to maintain a positive, calm, and caring classroom environment.

Supporting pupils’ emotional well-being and social development.

Supervising pupils during class activities, play, and transitions.

Contributing to the overall care and welfare of all pupils.You’ll work closely with teaching staff to ensure every child thrives both academically and personally.

Have prior experience working with children in a primary school setting.
