What We're Looking For

This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on classroom experience. You will:

Support students across KS3 and KS4 in small groups and one-to-one

Assist teachers with planning and delivering lessons

Help create a positive, engaging learning environment

Provide pastoral support and encouragement to students

Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for education are key.
