Teaching Assistants & HLTAs – SEN School (ASAP start)

Location: RG14, RG18, RG20

Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a specialist SEN school in the Newbur, West Berkshire area, starting immediately.

The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH and communication difficulties. Staff work together to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive.

Role:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

Assisting teachers with classroom learning

Delivering interventions tailored to SEN needs

Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement

What we’re looking for:

Experience in SEN (education or care background)

Resilient, patient and proactive attitude

TA/HLTA qualifications or relevant experience

Available to start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
