Description

ducation Personnel is proud to be working on behalf of one of our large, thriving primary schools in the Nottingham area. This school has recently seen an increased demand for Teaching Assistants, and we are looking to recruit dedicated individuals to support across a variety of roles.

The school caters for children from Nursery and Early Years all the way through to Year 6. We have regular requirements for general classroom TAs as well as opportunities for those interested in supporting children with additional needs, either within a SEND provision or on a one-to-one basis in mainstream classes.

Benefits of working at this primary and nursery school include:

* A warm and inclusive school community where every staff member is valued.

* The opportunity to support children through all stages of primary education, from Early Years to Year 6.

* Strong leadership and a supportive team that provide clear direction for classroom practice.

* Ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow your career within a nurturing environment.

* The chance to make a real impact on children’s learning, confidence, and progress every day.

Requirements:

* Ideally a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or be a graduate with UK-based school experience.

* Confidence working within a school setting and the ability to follow the teacher’s lead in delivering lessons and classroom activities.

* Experience of supporting children, with knowledge of SEND being highly desirable.

* Two references from previous employers in education or related fields.

* Availability to work daily and regularly within the Nottingham area.

If you have upcoming availability and are keen to make a difference in primary education, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and become part of a team where your support truly matters.
