Description
Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit an excellent Teaching Assistant with medical training as your role will include assisting students with cerebral palsy. You will work within a fantastic secondary school in the Crosby area and start as soon as possible.

Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30 pmResponsibilities:
Assisting with lessons: Helping sort materials, setting up equipment, and supporting students during lessons.
Behaviour management: Foster a positive learning environment with good behaviour management.
Providing emotional support: Offering guidance and support to students who may be dealing with personal issues or stress.
Monitoring well-being: Keeping an eye on students' overall well-being and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
Safeguarding: Ensuring the safeguarding procedure is followed when required
Collaboration: work closely with teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and students thrive academically and socially.Requirements:
Medical training experience
Experience working with people with cerebral palsy
Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent (Desirable)
Previous experience working with young people.To be eligible:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
