Teaching Assistant Wanted!

Location: Carterton, Oxfordshire

Start: ASAP

Hours: Term time, Full-time (08:30 - 15:30, Mon - Fri)

Pay Rate: £95 - £110 a day, depending on experience

Milestone Education are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time, ongoing position, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Support pupils with varying abilities across the curriculum

* Create a positive and nurturing learning environment

* Provide 1:1 or small group support when required

* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to planning and assessment.

Requirements:

* An Enhanced DBS Check (Or be willing to complete one)

* Previous experience in a primary setting

* A genuine passion for education and child development

* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
