Location: Waltham Forest
Pay: From £100 per day (PAYE)

TeacherActive is working with several vibrant and inclusive schools in Waltham Forest that are looking to recruit ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistants. Opportunities are available for both immediate starts and for the new academic year beginning September 2025.

We’re Looking for Graduates Who:
Hold a degree with a strong academic background
Have experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid)
Are passionate about education and open to pursuing a career in teaching
Are confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small group sessions
Are open to working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Are proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Can start immediately or are available for September 2025
Whether you’ve worked in schools before or have experience in tutoring, mentoring, or youth work — this role will help you build the skills and confidence needed to progress in education.
