About the Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and preference

*

Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning, development, and wellbeing

*

Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and classroom management

*

Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with SEN

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be passionate about education and child development

*

Have previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

*

Be proactive, patient, and committed to helping children thrive

*

Be confident supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN

*

Ideally be a graduate seeking school-based experience before teacher training (not essential)
