Teaching Assistant - South Bradford

From after the May half-term, a primary setting in South Bradford are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and pro-active Classroom Support Assistant to work across two KS1 classes.

Ideally, applicants will have already gained some experience working within a KS1 class.

Duties of the role:

Leading small group interventions

*

1:1 Phonics support

*

Preparing resources

*

Creating displays

*

Supporting learners with Special Educational Needs

*

Managing behaviour within the classroom

What you will need:

*

A range of behaviour management techniques

*

To have worked with learners with a range of needs

*

The ability to re-engage a young person in learning through a range of methods

*

Experience working within a primary school or nursery
