Education Matters is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Richmond from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a friendly and inclusive learning environment while gaining valuable classroom experience.

The Role as a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.

Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.

Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.

Promote safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times. The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:

Previous experience working with children (preferred but not essential).

A positive and proactive attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. xjnqpsq

A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
