Teaching Assistant – KS1

Role: KS1 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils within Key Stage 1. This role would suit someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their learning and development.

The Role

Support pupils with their day–to–day learning

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities

Provide additional support to individuals and small groups

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence

Assist with classroom organisation and preparation

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children is desirable

A patient, caring and supportive nature

Good communication and teamwork skills

A proactive approach to supporting learning

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
