A fantastic school in Banbury are looking for a team of young, motivated individuals to join them as a Teaching Assistant ASAP to ensure that their pupils are excelling in their studies.

This role is perfect for a recent university graduate who is passionate about being in a career which allows them to make a difference!

You will be responsible for collaborating with the class teacher and other support staff to ensure that all pupils are receiving high- quality teaching assistance. The role will involve working with children who have special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, giving them personalised support and monitoring their progress.
