We looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated Support Workers to join our team at Liverpool supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

This is a rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and support individuals to achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Encouraging independence and daily living skills.

Supporting individuals with personal care and well-being where required.

Promoting community involvement, social activities, and inclusion.

Building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.

Maintaining accurate records and working as part of a supportive team.

Experience in care, support work, learning disabilities, mental health, or autism is desirable but not essential.
