Your Role

Support adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

Promote independence, choice, and well-being.

Assist with daily living tasks and community activities.

Build positive relationships and help individuals achieve their goals.

Deliver person-centred support in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.

What We're Looking For

A caring, positive, and compassionate approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
