At Milk Education, we’re all about building brighter futures – for young people and for you. We’re working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Surrey who are looking for graduates ready to make a genuine difference in the classroom.

Supporting lessons across Science, Maths, Computing or Design & Technology

Leading small group sessions and practical STEM activities

Helping students build confidence, curiosity and a love of learning

Taking part in our Unbottled school speaker programme – giving you the chance to be part of inspiring conversations around resilience, motivation and real-life challenges

What we’re looking for

A STEM degree (Science, Maths, Engineering or a related field)

A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Someone who’s reliable, caring and eager to learn

What’s on offer

Ongoing training and development through Milk Education

Clear routes into teacher training (PGCE, SCITT or Apprenticeship)

The opportunity to work in schools that truly value people and potential

If you’re a STEM graduate who wants to bring your subject to life and make a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you.
