Are you passionate about helping young people with complex additional learning needs unlock their potential? We’re looking for a dedicated tutor to deliver tailored, high-quality learning experiences focused on independence, autonomy, and personal growth.

What you’ll do:

* Plan and deliver a bespoke curriculum combining accredited and non-accredited courses

* Support young people with complex learning needs and disabilities to meet their personal goals

* Foster learner autonomy and holistic development, going beyond the classroom

What you need:

* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as an Independent Specialist post-16 teacher (must be in place before starting)

* Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing — enhanced DBS clearance required

* Strong ability to deliver personalised learning in a supportive environment
