What we're looking for:

People with lived experience of supporting SEND, whether at home or in a professional setting

Individuals with emotional resilience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Someone who can create safe, nurturing learning environments while maintaining professional boundaries

Must be able to provide two years' worth of employment references
