SEND & SEMH Support Assistant - Primary School**

Aspire People are recruiting a **SEND & SEMH Support Assistant** to join a supportive primary school where inclusion and pupil wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, helping them access learning while building confidence, independence, and positive relationships.

**The Role:**

* Providing 1:1 and small-group support

* Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs

* Delivering intervention sessions alongside the class teacher

* Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management

* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals

* Helping create an inclusive learning environment

**The Ideal Candidate:**

* Recent experience within a UK primary school in the last 2 years

* SEND and/or SEMH experience

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Positive, nurturing, and proactive attitude

* Passion for helping every child succeed
