Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our teams supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across:

TADWORTH, SURREY

We are currently recruiting for:

Teaching Assistants (TA) / Specialist Teaching Assistants

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed/September

Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available. 48 week contract, also during school holidays.

Hours: 9am - 5pm

About the Schools & Students:

You will be working in warm, welcoming and supportive specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 2–19 with a range of additional needs, including:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)

Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)

ADHD and associated behavioural needs

Sensory processing difficulties

Profound physical difficulties

Brain damage and brain tumours

Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to most effective provide holistic support. You will be supporting very small groups of pupils.

About You:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN

Patient, empathetic, and resilient

Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs

(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education

Specialised in PMLD and are prepared to support with personal care and clinical support of all ages
