SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School (Lutterworth)

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Start Date: After May Half Term

Working Hours: Full-Time (5 days a week)

Salary: £100-£105 per day (DOE)

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have experience working in a UK primary school setting and a desire to make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you!

Aspire People is partnering with a well-established primary school in Lutterworth to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. You will be working closely with a child who requires 1:1 assistance, ensuring they receive the help and encouragement they need to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide one-on-one support for a child with Special Educational Needs

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

Support the child's social and emotional development

Help foster an inclusive and positive learning environment

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the child

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a primary school in the UK (essential)

Background in supporting children with SEN (highly desirable)

A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children

Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
