Location: Redruth, TR16 and the surrounding areas.

Employment Type: Full-time and part-time roles available.

Pay Rate: GBP110.00 - GBP115.00 per day, depending on experience.

You'll play a vital role in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You'll Do

Provide day-to-day classroom support for teachers and pupils across a range of subjects.Work one-to-one or with small groups to reinforce learning and encourage participation.Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource setup.Support children with additional needs, adapting activities to suit different learning styles.Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and inclusion for all students.Supervise pupils during break times, outings, or after-school activities as needed.Keep accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers.What We're Looking For

A friendly, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting is an advantage.Knowledge of SEN (Special Educational Needs) support strategies is beneficial.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) or a willingness to train.Why Work with Synergy
