Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long–Term, Temp to Perm

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Rowley Regis to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting children with additional needs across EYFS and KS1.

This is a full–time, long–term opportunity starting immediately, offering excellent stability and the chance to make a real difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including autism and speech & language needsCollaborate with class teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plansEncourage pupil confidence, engagement and independenceSupport with classroom routines and create a nurturing learning environmentMonitor progress and provide feedback to the wider teamWe're Looking For Someone That Has:

A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant Level 3 qualificationExperience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary or early years settingA calm, caring and resilient approachStrong communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
