SEN Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Corby supporting children with autism and severe learning disabilities.

Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children with Special Educational Needs in their learning, social, and emotional development.
Assist with care and daily activities, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
Contribute to the health, wellbeing, and positive atmosphere of the classroom.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning experiences.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience working with children with SEN or a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
The motivation to see others succeed and the resilience to overcome daily challenges.
