The Role

Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with diverse learning needs.

Implement tailored strategies and interventions under the guidance of the SENCO.

Foster confidence, independence, and a positive attitude to learning.

Support classroom teachers in creating engaging, accessible learning experiences.
